[pct-l] Fire east of Tioga Pass and the Rouge fire

The misnamed "Walker Fire" actually is burning south of a line from Dana Peak to Lee Vining. It closed the Tioga Pass road for a time. But that road is now open again. 
The Rouge Fire has jumped the south fork of the Kings River. This has resulted in Highway 180 being closed north of Grant Tree Road, which makes accessing the trail from Cedar Grove impossible. Apparently smoke from this fire is making its way over Bishop Pass and impacting the JMT south of Muir Pass.
