[pct-l] Stehekin Fire Detour

​As of right now you can't go east past Newhalum on hwy 20. You can't go
west on hwy 20. It is closed at Twisp/Winthrop area. Areas will be
reassessed daily as the fires grow. The PCTA post is three days old.
