[pct-l] Stehekin Fire Detour

Think not only in terms of access, but in terms of access to escape routes.
Everything is volatile up there. With Hwy 20 closed, it would be far too
easy for a hiker to find themselves in an extremely precarious situation
anywhere north of Suiattle Pass. It doesn't seem wise to plan hiking
through an area where several fires are already burning, new ones popping
up practically daily, and firefighters losing their lives on the ground.

Call it good at Stevens Pass, people. The risk is too great.
