Here is the California Department of Water Resources page for the
automated snow sensors. Just remember that they weigh the snow sitting
on top of them, so they report the "water equivalency"  of the snow,
not the actual depth. Late in the season, after the snow packs down,
usually there are 2-3 inches of snow for every inch of water
equivalency
