[pct-l] 58 to Walker Pass

Yupe. Tiny hikers +big winds=not the best combo. I'm still stuck in the lovely town of Mojave no electricity but the winds are slowing down. Should be able to drive out of here tomorrow. This the second time that section has stopped me. Oh well !!!
