[pct-l] SoCal in Feb

I did that stretch 3 years ago in feb and did not have heavy snow on trail till north of 74 till saddle junction.. No snowfall for the 10 days I spent on trail.. Weather happens though.. it snowed heavy last year in April.. Be ready for it!
