[pct-l] Is 90% 100% of trail.

How many years has it been since there was no frog closure, fire reroutes,
too much snow or what ever problems that occur on the PCT ?? How many
winters were the North Cascades not hikable due to too much snow. Some
hikers will asked to be dropped off at the exact spot the got in the car at
?? Does the PCTA require a hiker to finish the trail in one year to get the
medal ??
