Just finished going to the 2nd annual Aldhawest Winter Ruck in Cascade Locks. Great food,so nice to see hikers ,new and old friends. If you want to see a fantastic Triple Crown presentation--one given from a hiker's heart, contact "Wired". She has a blog. 
The ruck was the best way to start this year's hiking season. See you all out there.
