Forgot about my new favorite new pudding. Chia seeds,carob powder,cashew butter(for creaminess) mix with water in snap top lid container= carob pudding after a few hours. Add stevia if you want it sweeter and a little vanilla and cinnamon.  Now you have high protein treat that gives you energy forever
No sugar to deplete your B vitamins which will eventually affect your adrenals and cause injury. And no bonking
