[pct-l] North Cascade Highway open

I just called an incident reporting # from the inciweb.nwcg.gov website,
routing me into North Cascades NP, where NCNP Ranger "Tony" did in fact
confirm that WA State Route 20 is open; at least to Mazama (his words.)
Good news for continuous footstep types eh? Possible snow (2"-6") down to
5,500' within the next 2 days. Very good news regarding squelching any
persistent fires at altitude. Alright everybody- time to get your ya' ya's
on.
