I know this sounds gross, but if you smear your nasal cavities with vasolene once a day, you will not develop the dry membranes that lead to nose bleeds. I used to get them daily as a child. My doc suggested this to my mother, and it helped a lot. I don't do it regularly anymore, but have found it helps under the dry conditions you describe. No Butt
