[pct-l] First Post

Let's hear a cheer for Mel Tungate!  He's perfectly expressed the HYOH spirit and reminds us it's the journey not the miles per day or season that ultimately matter most...at least for many of us.  

We can equally cheer any PCT hiker with speed/time/distance objectives and/or time constraints.  Go HYOH!  Go fast!  Go safe!
