[pct-l] KM South flip-flopping

For those of you considering flip-flopping through Kennedy Meadows (KM)
South, it is about a 30 mile hitch from Kennedy Meadows (sparsely
populated) down 4k feet to the Indian Wells Valley and to Highway 395,
where there is sporadic bus service, and lots of hitching opportunities.

Warning: It is REALLY hot in the Indian Wells Valley the time of year
you'll be going through Kennedy Meadows.  There's no shade where the road
to KM hits 395, although Pearsonville is a mile or so to the south.  It may
be 105 degrees during the day.  Take plenty of water if you plan on
hitching, where plenty means "several gallons".
