[pct-l] Bill Person of Pooh Corner has passed away

I knew Bill well as he was my National Ski Patrol Outdoor Emergency Care
instructor! So sad about his fall a few years back and long road of recovery
to this end. I know he gave out a lot to the hiking community as a Donner
Lake trail angel and had several bad experiences with a few that made him
close his doors before his accident.

He will be missed!
