[pct-l] prepping for the trail & shoe size

Some people don't have their feet change size.  If you have been a runner
and have done a lot of miles running in your past you may find your feet
don't expand much.  But other than that I would bet most others will see
some foot size expansion (I'd guess 75%-ish of non-runners will).
