[pct-l] Lake Isabella Fire

We just called the PCTA from Mile 571 and Jack said that they will likely
be closing it around mile 590. He recommended that we go back to
Mojave/Tehachapi and skip all the way up to Kennedy Meadows. He said that
the fire is very large and traveling very fast. Don't mess with it.
