[pct-l] Parking at Hwy 50?

There s also an official trail head parking on the frontage road just after
you turn off 50,  near the turn up to echo chalet. It is a snow park in the
winter and trail head for pct the rest of the year. It has vault toilet but
they can get pretty nasty after a busy weekend.
