[pct-l] Water report webinar

Many, many thanks to Halfmile and Double Tap for the water report, and to
all the volunteer groups (Blades, Gorillas, et. al.) who work extremely hard
to maintain the trail.  The Gorillas cut back significant Poodle Dog Bush in
Section D and others.  I can't imagine what the trail would have been like
without that work.
