[pct-l] Section F: Kelso Valley road access

Howdy Hikers,

I'm seeking advice on how myself and two kiddos (18/15) could reach the 
PCT crossing of Kelso Valley road. We try to put in a half section prior 
to overindulging in the holiday food fests. Getting back from Walker 
pass should not be a problem w the bus.

Note that we will be flying in and out of LAX so the dual car approach 
won't be an option for us.
