[pct-l] Cascade Hiking Poles tip replacement

These are the rubber tips. If you want a new metal tip you'll have to 
order the lower pole and swap you old ones out. A few years back they 
replaced a Costco pole section that failed for free and were quite 
helpful over the phone.
