Thank you for your wonderful post. In all of the back and fourths,
acknowledging the organizers of the Kick Off, is something that deserves a
good bit of attention. They are kind of like all of the unsung heroes that
maintain the trail, flying under the radar and seeking no glory, performing
what it is they do, for the rest of us, touching as many hikers as is
possible, for their own altruistic motives, the sneaky little guardian
angels that they are.

Thank you to all contributors- and posthumously, to those that have taken
the unchartered and not so maintained trails cross country.
