I want to meet you too. I would so like to meet all the people on this list.Thank you to everyone who has said that they care about this issue too Maybe we’ll meet at one of the Gatherings in the future when we can have them again. Or at a ruck. Or even better on a long trail. All I’m getting to do now is day hike. And do my urban hikes. Just used up another pair of trail runners urban hiking on concrete over the last month and a half when I finally had had it with the lock down and getting fat.Mask in hand for quick deployment, I really know my neighborhood now and the streets when I have to step into them to get around other early morning hikers.
LA county is experiencing another spike of Covid 19. This whole mess is just getting worse in some of California’s counties. Especially where I grew up in Imperial county. It’s now the out of the way sparsely populated places that are being hit. Imperial county has few of the resources that the wealthier counties have. Luckily the governor is sending in mobile health units to help. Hoping that will keep the death and suffering down. In LA county if you give blood you can get a free antibody test. The Red Cross needs blood and they are using antibodies to treat Covid 19 patients.
I’m off to day hike next to real pine trees Everyone have a great day
Marmot

That is totally up to you.I for one, have appreciated Marmot's many posts, including this one. I always say if you aren't part of the solution, you are part of the problem. So I had to speak up.Hope to meet you someday Marmot.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
