[pct-l] Crater Lake, National Park Service increase law enforcement presence due to poorly behaved PCT hikers: PacificCrestTrail

Maybe we should start talking about this everywhere—-trail organizations,social media,etc.  
I saw this behavior on the AT. We had a small conversation about this  sort of behavior on the PCT a little while ago. At that point I was reassured that the PCT was still different. Maybe not.
