Late June/early July is usually the earliest you'd be able to do
northern WA due to the snowpack not melting out till mid-to-late July
most years. I would say that a late June start might be possible, but
even then, you'll encounter solid snow above 5000 feet elevation if
it's a normal year. <br>
<br>
By April of next year we will know whether the snowpack was normal,
above normal, or below normal, so that will give you an idea as to when
the high country would likely open up. However, even then it will
depend a lot on our spring weather, whether it's normal, or cooler or
hotter than normal.<br>
