And for those who need to break them.<br>

I think there's a third group one that has no need for rules and no
need to break rules. But I digress...<br>
<br>
If it were me, I would just bite the bullet and find out what
cannisters are currently approved and carry one of those. Even if the
chance were slim that I'd get a ticket, I hate getting tickets of any
kind, so in this case I'd use an approved cannister.<br>
