or Whole Foods. This is a great product to keep around when you run out of

they talk about storing your gear. For footwear they neglected to mention
something very important. ALWAYS use a cedar shoetree inside your footwear
after taking them off. Your feet give off a lot of moisture that will warp
the leather, etc. I estimate that using shoetrees will increase the life
of your shoe by THREE times. This includes work shoes, men, women, hiking
shoes, running shoes, golf shoes, etc.</DIV>

<DIV>Do not forget to use ShoeGoo on the bottom of your footwear where it wears
down. Usually on the heels. Again, it will increase the life of your
shoes. ShoeGoo should be in every drift/bounce box along the trail.</DIV>
