<div>Hi Greg,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Gee, I make my shakes with whatever I have on hand. I usually
set up a whole bunch of quart size ziplock bags and add a scoop or two
of whatever base I have, ie., Whey powder, Vegan Complete (meal
replacement with pea and rice protein), etc. In the beginning before I
get off coffee, I might add a teaspoon of instant coffee to some of the
bags. Then I add assorted flavorings; Beyond Berries (a dehydrated
ground fruit and berry blend by URI, Trader Joe's Mint Cocoa or any
kind of hot chocolate mix (I add the coffee to these if I want, not in
the berry blend. 8-) ) You can add all kinds of flavorings like a
little Tang, Lemonade Mix...you get the idea. Then I add my coconut
milk powder. Boy does that perk up these shakes! I kneed the bags a
little to distribute the ingrediants and get rid of the lumbs of the
coconut powder. You could also get real creative and add any vitamin
and mineral supplements you need. If anybody has any other ideas, I
love to hear them!</div>
