[at-l] Snow

Here in SWVA, we not only got some unexpected snow [just a patchy, light
dusting] but also had some black ice and a fair number of iced bridges.

I don't have my studs on the truck yet -- usually put them on the first week
of December. So, I was doing some ginger driving, as I passed a number of
vehicles in the ditch.

Now they are calling for 0.1 " by morning. But the real news is that it is
25* with 25 mph winds and gust to 40 mph. The wind chill is supposed to be 4*
by sunup.

It's snowing and in the mid-20s here in Maggie Valley, NC. From what I can
tell, the Smokies in my backyard look even more snowy and cold. Brrrr.
(Actually I can't see them. Usually I can.)
