Not all the rocks are in northern PA, but they come at you gradually and
build you up for it. If you can't do New England MD and southern PA is
another good choice...

Are you doing sections on the AT? Because if you want to get off the beaten
path you could hit the Tuscarora Trail, or a good part of it...
