[at-l] Money on Trail---

Yes, ATM machines are everywhere, but they charge you to use them. Instead, go to a chain grocery store, Walmart, or US Post Office, buy a little something and get most of the cash you could want through their card machine. If you find something at a little store that requires cash, run over to the closest place where you can get "free" cash at the check-out, get your money, then go back to the first store.

At laundromats, check the trash and around the washers and such before purchasing detergent. People leave little bits in boxes, or spill enough for a couple of loads, or forget to carry their leftovers with them, etc. More than once, my partner and I have found more than enough detergent sitting around to do our laundry without spending money on any more.

Oh, and I'm back from my knee surgery. Going good. First rehab in a few minutes.
