Hike prep for your brain. - Don't forget to pack your sense of humor... if
you take yourself too seriously I think you're done for.

One cold, miserable, rainy day in the Smokies I hiked into a shelter full of
thru-hikers. Since there wasn't much good to say about the day I came in
stomping through the puddles and quacking like a duck :-)

Everybody got a laugh out of it, including me... so I know it made my day
better...
