That's all well and good, but how should I behave around a gun-carrier? One who is no doubt afraid of me? (else why else would he have a gun). This is not a trivial question. I guess the best thing is to back away slowly and keep your hands in plain sight. Talk slowly and softly or not at all. Sounds like fun.

### What's crazy is that we should *need* a law to "allow" us to carry out a natural law (self preservation) in the first place. Like the saying goes, "What part of 'Shall not be infringed' don't you understand?" Yeah, I want a bureaucrat deciding when it's okay and not for me to protect myself.
Just thought I'd throw that out there....
