This version of the rabbit was standing on the rock behind 
Thomas Knob Shelter at the stroke of midnight when the new 
year rolled in!! It was spectacular!!! Mid-30s with some 
wind...but, not a cloud in the sky. The half-moon ready to 
settle behind Mt. Rogers. I could see fireworks several 
places to the west (I presume Bristol and Abingdon) It was 
incredible, to be sure.
