[cdt-l] Printing Jonathan Ley's Maps

Since it seems like you can identify the
forested/non-forested areas on the B/W version, but
NOT the differece between the red and purple routes
......... you could always print in B/W, then take a
highlighter and highlight the red and purple routes
yourself.
