[cdt-l] Berthoud Pass visitors' center

On the weekend of Aug 25th, some Five CDT alumni did the traverse from St. Mary's Glacier to Berthoud Pass.

Besides being a wonderful hike with some good friends, we noticed that the new visitor's center on Berthoud Pass is currently being constructed.

I remember reading about this center a few years ago. It definitely looks like it is now going forward. The building is framed, concrete pipes are all about and construction trailers are now on site.

I wonder if they'll take packages for hikers? Most importantly for long distance hikers...will they have a snack bar? :)
