[Cdt-l] gas canisters

Jumping in with a fuel question.
I consider hiking the CT (Durango-Denver) 2009.
I use the small gas canisters with my stove. Snow Peak, Colemans, etc. With my stove I can use any canister.
Does anybody know about the availability of gas canisters on the way ?
