[Cdt-l] Need a GPS Track

I've done something stupid. I had a GPS track for the whole CDT, with the  
trail & alternates in orange, but I accidentally deleted the whole thing  
instead of one of the alternates on my Topo 8 draw layer. Apparently that also 
 deleted the track file from my file list; I can't find it anywhere. 
 
HELP! Does anyone know the source of that file? I'd successfully converted  
it to the .ani file for my Topo 8, as I recall.
