CDTA 76-77/JLey 19-18 --
NOTE: I hiked CDTA fm Mt Taylor Trhd to FS-193, then to FS-501 jct & Mumm Cache, then Gooseberry Tr 177 over Mt Taylor.

MAINT: Doz or so trees on tr bet Mt Taylor/Nm-547 Trhd & tr split to go over Mt Taylor or go around it on CDTA rte. 

JLey 18 --
JLey, your Circle 3 is where CDTA rte crosses FS-193, @ CDTA 10.5; suggest move your red star to there. 1.3 GPS mi to jct FS 193 & 5016Mumm Cache; .1 GPS mi L/N on 193 to Gooseberry 77 Trhd. 
No h2o Gooseberry Spg; Mumms say great campsite to R/S on knoll opp Spg, by words "Bearing Tree", saw use tr to it.
MAINT: Patches of ice & at least 10 trees on tr bet Mt Taylor summit & saddle bef La Mosca.

The rte Loon & I took was F-453 to Am Cyn Spg, excellent source; back to 453 all the way to CDTA 21-24.0; didn't investigate Am Tank or Antelope Tank.

JLey 16 & CDTA 82 --
Ojo de los Indios Spg good h2o; side tr to spg immed aft ".5 mi" sign, not 200' aft. Took CDTA rte fm spg - rough, no built tread, but well cairned; equiv rd walk prob several hrs faster.

CDTA 83 & JLey 15/14a --
Great h2o @ Ojo Frio.

JLey 14a --
No quicksand, only quickdust!

CDTA 85, but not on JLey 14 --
"pvt tank w/flowing well" has ok h2o, but no sign of flow; metal tank on knob .1 to L/NW of tr.

CDTA 86 & JLey 13 Note 1 Cerros Colorado well & pump excellent h2o. Tank is to R/S just bef deep cyn xing.

MAINT: On climb up to La Ventana Mesa edge, fm CDTA Seg 24 WP 4.8, 5 trees dn on old rd, some obscuring cairns.

CDTA 88 & JLey 12 --
Jones Cyn Spg excellent h2o.

JLey 12 --
Windmill @ Note 5, blades turning, cows around, most likely h2o; didn't check, abt .3 off tr.

CUBA --
Mrs Yang @ Del Prado Motel is very hiker friendly; El Bruno's Restorante has very good food, but midscale price. MORE CUBA IN NXT POSTING - need to get this out, although may not help many Nbound hikers this yr, but may help some Sbound hikers.
