[Cdt-l] Verizon vs ATT

Being from "The Great White North" ( the blank spot on the maps north of the 45th parallel) I have no prior experience with service providers "south of the border".I did not carry a phone on my AT or PCT thru hike but I will be carrying an iPhone this year and was wondering which provider offer the best coverage on the CDT corridor.Any suggestions ?
