[Cdt-l] toaster house plumbing

i've been talking with nita and am hoping to be in pie town around may11.
we're hoping to hook up a tankless hot water heater and associated
plumbing.  nita thinks that the tools are available amongst her neighbors.
a fundraiser would be great--angeling for the angels only makes sense.  on
another note, north of ghost ranch, ley leaves NM 119 NE of mogote peak
while bear creek follows 110 to FR129 later joining ley on "new trail".
