[pct-l] Kennedy meadows resupply

A note on the Postholer site warns/reminds that when sending packages to
Kennedy Meadows do so at least two weeks in advance.

Is this necessary for all mailing types?  I am going to be using USPS
Priority Mail unless it us a UPS only type place.  Since Kennedy is one of
the more likely places I will need gear changes, etc.  I'd prefer not to
send the package that far in advance.

Feedback appreciated.  Relaunch in four days.
