[pct-l] Descending from San Jacinto to Palm Springs

Be very careful in this area. A number of experienced (and not so
experienced) hikers have gotten in trouble trying to drop east off San
Jacinto. The canyons have dry (and sometimes wet) falls that can be
impossible to get down without a rope. A thruhiker died in one a couple
years ago.

There is a trail that climbs from Palm Springs (just south of downtown)
to the tram. Look up Cactus to Clouds trail, aka Skyline Trail. Almost
everyone goes up this trail and then down the tram, as the drop is
brutal on the joints, and hard to follow going down as well.
