[pct-l] Bringing friends to hike part of the trail - could use some suggestions

Of course not, I was teasing.  ;-)

It would be an easy hike for many, but I learned the hard way that I'm in
much worse shape than many.  ;-)

It was our feet in 03 that were screaming about suddenly having to do 20
miles with that climb two/thirds of the way through.  Legs/back/etc were
fine, but my feet tightened up so bad I was convinced there was a good
chance my hike would be over at Lake Morena.
