[pct-l] Decision Day - April 1st is looming

That painful, agonizing sound you hear is the death rattle for any hopes of 
having a  'March Miracle' .

It appears that March will continue to be unseasonably dry through the 
beginning of April. What happens in April is still a big mystery.

For those of you waiting till April 1st to etch your final plans in granite 
(as you should), you probably have a good idea right now of what your start 
date will be.

It looks to be a very low snow year with early departure dates on tap for 
you north-bounders, you lucky hikers, you!

Of course, what happens in April is still a big mystery. (is there an echo?)
