[pct-l] closure south of I-8

Yes, they had closed south of I-8 on 9-7-07, before the fire.  I wanted to hike down Long Valley Creek a week before the fires hit, but saw the closure.

The Hauser Canyon closure was in effect before the fires. When the CNF raises the fire level to extreme like it was before the fire and is now, they close everything south of I-8. This area should re-open after we get some significant rainfall.
