[pct-l] Apache Peaks fire.

>From the stump photo I've seen, and the comments re the wind....I'd have to
be skeptical about getting close enough to try to beat it out with a tarp.
Using anything at hand including  my feet to scrape a fire break several
feet away and starting with the side the wind was blowing toward might have
been a possibility, but everyone's comfort zone is different.  I'm coming
from the view of a retired firefighter's other half.
