I have used the WIld Oasis on my Colorado backpacking trips and I also used the Gatewood Cape (essentially a poncho version of the Wild Oasis) on my CDT thru-hike.

It is a simple, easy to set up shelter. Have used it in snow and rain to great effect.  

 
It is not super spacious, but if you hike all day and just want a simple shelter, it is a great way to go.

I highly suggest the shelter.
