Here's a thorough list of resupply locations with addresses and map 
locations along the PCT:

You'll find specific instructions for each location. But here are some 
general rules when mailing a resupply package:
+ The post office only holds packages for 2 weeks, private parties usually 
much longer
+ Rural post offices have sporadic business hours, know what they are
+ Post office not open on Sundays or holidays, usually part day on Saturdays
+ Make your package easy to identify
+ Put your estimated date of arrival on the package
+ Use 'General Delivery' for post offices. Example:

   Your Name
   c/o General Delivery
   Big Bear City, CA 92314

   PCT Hiker    ETA: May 10, 2009
