At REI yesterday I exchanged the short rain pants for the men's version of the same pants, size Large. The length is perfect and they weigh 7.5 ounces. I never imagined I would be wearing a men's Large and then again I also never imagined I would be wearing a size 10.5 in a women's boot. Thanks for the tips......Jollylopper
