[pct-l] dehydrator question

i used the Nesco American Harvest FD 51 and it worked great, i used it to
dehydrate mac and cheese, chili macs, assorted dried fruits and veggies, i
only dehydrated for the first month and a half or so, ill mix it up with
stuff i buy along the way, after that its all bought as i go, just to
overwhelming to think about doing 6 months worth of stuff, but a month or so
of stuff was fun to do
